This session equips leaders to deter, identify, and reject unsuitable candidates through the key principles of the recruitment lifecycle, from planning and advertising to interviewing and references. Participants will learn to spot red flags, conduct thorough checks, ask probing questions, and verify references, all in line with statutory KCSIE requirements, ensuring safer, stronger recruitment practices.
