Staff Praise Nominations

Trust Praise nominations provide an opportunity to celebrate colleagues across the Trust for the positive impact they make every day. Colleagues can nominate one another for demonstrating our Trust Values, with each nomination recognised by the CEO.

In addition, a number of nominees will be shortlisted for the Trust Values Award, presented at our Trust Conference in October to recognise exceptional contributions that embody our Trust Values.

Whole Trust surveys, regular climate checks, and stay surveys are an integral part of how we value staff voice and encourage meaningful engagement.​

Matrix Book Club – The Trust Shelf ​

Sessions run monthly for 90 minutes, with a mix of informal catch-ups, themed discussion, light-hearted ratings, and a book swap table supporting Birmingham Children’s Hospital through £1 donations.​

Whether you’re a lifelong reader or just curious to join the conversation, everyone is welcome – no pressure to finish the book, just come along and enjoy.​
