This programme equips you with the practical knowledge and confidence to manage a classroom environment, support SEND learners, and collaborate closely with teaching staff. Shape learning experience with expertise and compassion.Aimed at: For support staff working with young people (ages 11-19) to support with mental health, attendance and behaviour.
