Well done staff and pupils from Matrix Academy Trust who ran the Walsall Arboretum parkrun over the weekend, despite the last minute change of destination and treacherous weather. Mr Brocklebank (Barr Beacon) came storming through the finish in a very impressive time of 18 minutes and 3 seconds, and Mrs Beazley (Wednesfield Academy) had the seventh best age grading time of nearly 500 runners.
We’re looking forward to making this a regular addition to the annual calendar of trust wide social events.
