Unit Commanders Course. 23-26 Feb 2026
Recently adult members of our Cadet Force have been busy completing their Unit Commanders Course (UCC) as part of their ongoing training & development.
The course, which is run at the RAFAC Command & Leadership School allows our adult instructors to develop leadership techniques, managerial processes, and learn how they relate to our schools and the military structure of the Cadet Force.
These training courses are a valuable tool for our staff, and an integral part of our continued support to the Combined Cadet Force programme within our schools.
Combined Initial Course (CiC). 4-9th January 2026.
Sgt Farmer from Wednesfield Academy recently completed his CIC at RAF Cranwell as part of his induction into the Royal Air Force Cadets. The course centres on the tools and skills required of our adult instructors to be able to deliver the Cadet Experience (CE) to our students who are members of the Combined Cadet Force within our schools.
