Millennium Point’s auditorium was once again filled with a sense of celebration and achievement as the 2026 Matrix Pupil Awards Ceremony took place. Now a key fixture in the calendar, the event brought together pupils, staff, and families to honour academic success while recognising the individuality and wider contributions of young people across all our schools. This year we had the pleasure of our two new schools Elmwood School and Pool Hayes Primary School joining us for the event.

Proceedings began with an address from CEO Lynsey Draycott, followed by Headteachers from across the trust who proudly presented awards to their pupils. Five headline accolades were awarded on the night, each reflecting the outstanding qualities, effort, and determination shown throughout the year.

The evening was further enriched by performances from pupils who had distinguished themselves in the trust-wide talent competition. Their creativity and musical ability provided memorable moments and showcased the impressive range of talent within our community.

Recognition was also given to pupils who have gone above and beyond outside the classroom, including members of the Combined Cadet Force and those who successfully completed their Duke of Edinburgh’s Award. Their commitment and leadership were rightly celebrated.

Congratulations to all award recipients and performers, and thank you to the staff, trustees, parents, and carers whose support made the evening possible.
