On Wednesday our School Staff Instructor Team attended the Career Transition Partnership (CTP) Resettlement Fair at Lincolnshire County Show Ground.
It gave the team valuable time to engage with service leavers about their future employment prospects both within education and the Combined Cadet Force. A lot of the candidates were genially surprised to see an education provider at the event. Most of the candidates commented that they hadn’t considered education as a future employment industry.
Options available to service leavers include Teaching, gateway to teacher training through our SCITT programme, support staff and Cadet Force opportunities.
We would like to thank the CTP for the opportunity to support and guide our valuable service leavers in their next steps as they transition from the Armed Forces.
