On Saturday, we welcomed 23 cadets to Wednesfield Academy for our MOI North Course, with cadets attending from across Matrix Academy Trust CCF and the wider RAF Air Cadets from Staffordshire Wing.
Throughout the day, cadets developed their instructional skills, building confidence in lesson planning, presentation techniques and delivering effective instruction. These are valuable skills that will support them as they progress through their cadet careers and take on greater leadership responsibilities.
A special thank you to the three cadets who attended to support the delivery of the training, helping their fellow cadets throughout the day. It is always fantastic to see cadets sharing their knowledge and supporting the development of others.
A big well done to all 23 cadets for their enthusiasm, effort and commitment throughout the course, and thank you to the staff who helped make the day possible.
Developing the next generation of cadet instructors and leaders!
