People are a school’s greatest asset, and effective leadership starts with supporting, valuing, and developing them. This session helps leaders move from technical expertise to people-focused leadership, building trust, emotional intelligence, and psychological safety. Participants will learn to set clear expectations, balance workloads, provide meaningful recognition, and offer professional development through coaching and mentorship, while fostering a collaborative, inclusive culture that strengthens teams and drives whole-school success.
