Staff Sponsorship

In a move to celebrate the passions, talents, and community contributions of our employees, Matrix Academy Trust is proud of their Staff Sponsorship Initiative. This initiative was created to recognise that our staff make a difference not only within our schools, but far beyond them – through sport, creativity, volunteering, and a wide range of personal pursuits that positively impact others.

The programme is designed to provide financial support to staff members as they pursue personal hobbies, represent their communities, and contribute to causes close to their hearts. By investing in these endeavours, we aim to champion wellbeing, inclusion, and personal growth, while strengthening the links between our Trust and the wider communities we serve.

The Staff Sponsorship Initiative reflects our belief that when we support the passions of our people, the benefits extend well beyond the individual. Creating inspiration, opportunity, and positive role models for our young people.
